What it does

Stops click fraud / fake clicks / invalid clicks / bot traffic: blocks bad IP addresses on a Google Ads CAMPAIGN (this is the IP exclusion / click-fraud / invalid-traffic write tool) by adding them as negative IP_BLOCK campaign criteria. It excludes IPs (a competitor or a bot) from seeing the ads. `ips` = comma-separated IPv4/IPv6 addresses. Google Ads allows up to 500 IP exclusions per campaign (max 200 per call here). confirm=false returns a dry-run preview; confirm=true applies. Undo: unblock_ip_addresses (list_ip_exclusions returns the criterion_ids). THIS is how ad click fraud is stopped. An edge/CDN/WAF firewall rule cannot stop a click that Google already charged for, and hosted sites are behind our own edge where the customer has no dashboard.

How to use it

You don't call tools by name. Write what you want in ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant connected to Opus Growth, in your own words; it picks this tool when it fits.

Because this tool changes your account, your assistant first shows a preview of exactly what will change. Nothing is applied until you say yes, and every applied change is written to your audit log.
