Quick start
The first commands to try once you're connected — all in plain language.
Start with reporting
- “List my Google Ads accounts.”
- “Show me my top-spending campaigns over the last 30 days.”
- “Find search terms that are burning money without driving conversions.”
- “Audit my account for low Quality Score keywords.”
Optimize
- “Add istanbul lawyer as a negative keyword.” (shows a preview first)
- “Set this campaign's daily budget to 500 TL.”
- “Set this campaign to run only on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.”
Create a campaign
- “Set up a new search campaign targeting Turkey with a daily budget of 300 TL.”
- “Add an RSA with 3 headlines and 2 descriptions to this ad group.”
- “Create an ad set on Meta targeting the fitness interest.”
Query Google data sources
- “Show me my top-clicked queries in Search Console over the last 28 days.” (organic)
- “Give me this month's sessions and conversions by channel in Analytics.”
- “List the most-watched videos on my YouTube channel over the last 30 days.”
- “Find tags in my Tag Manager container that still use Universal Analytics.”
- “Show new Google reviews on my Business Profile and draft a reply.”
- “Combine my paid, organic, and analytics data into a single marketing funnel.” (cross-channel)
A sensible first hour
Start by reading, not writing. Ask for the last 30 days of performance, then for the search terms that spent without converting, then for an account audit. Those three answers usually tell you more about an account than an afternoon of clicking, and none of them changes anything.
When you do make a change, make one and check it. Add a negative keyword, approve the preview, then ask for the search-terms report again. Seeing the effect of a single change is what builds the judgement to approve bigger ones later.
Getting better answers
- Name the period. “Last 30 days” and “this month so far” are different questions, and the answer changes with them.
- Name the account when you manage several, otherwise the assistant has to guess which one you mean.
- Ask for the reasoning. “Which campaigns should I cut and why” gets you a defensible answer; “fix my account” does not.
- Read the preview. It states exactly what will change. If the preview surprises you, that is the moment to say no, and it costs nothing.
Common questions
Do I have to use the exact tool names?
No. Plain language is the interface, and the assistant maps what you said to a tool. Tool names appear in this documentation so you can be precise when you want to be, not because you have to type them.
The assistant answered without using the connector. How can I tell?
Real answers name your accounts, campaigns and numbers; a general answer talks about Google Ads in the abstract. If you get the second kind, the connector is usually not enabled in that chat. Asking it to list your accounts is a free way to check.
Nothing shows up when I ask for reports. What is wrong?
Most often the ad account is connected but empty for the period you asked about, or the campaign was created so recently that no data exists yet. Ask for a longer window first; if the account list itself is empty, the problem is the connection rather than the report.
