Credits & Usage

Actions are measured in credits. Reads are cheap; creating things costs a little more.

How it works

Every tool call draws from your plan's monthly credit pool. Previews (dry-run) don't spend credits — only confirmed actions are charged. If an action fails due to a platform error, the credit is refunded.

Example costs

Action typeTypical cost
Listing / reading a report1–2 credits
Optimization (negative keyword, bid, schedule)5 credits
Campaign / ad creation8–10 credits

The exact cost is shown on each tool card (Tool Reference).

Monthly pool

Most read/report tools across the Google data sources are low cost; you can see the exact value on each tool card.

What costs nothing

Three things never draw a credit, on any plan. Connecting a platform is free, so you can hook up every account you own before deciding whether the product is worth paying for. Checking your balance is free. And every preview is free, because billing runs after confirmation, not before, which means exploring what a change would do costs you nothing.

If a confirmed call is charged and then fails on the platform side, for example because a permission is missing, the credit comes back automatically and a refund row is written to your ledger. You are only billed for calls that produced a result.

Common questions

Do Free credits expire at the end of the month?

No. The starting balance is a lifetime allowance rather than a monthly one, so it sits there until you use it, whether that takes a day or six months. Pro and Agency work differently: those pools reset with each billing period.

Is the Pro pool per platform or shared?

Shared. The monthly actions are one pool spread across every ad platform and Google data source you connect, so a month heavy on Google Ads and light on LinkedIn costs exactly the same as the reverse. Nothing is reserved per platform and nothing is wasted by not using a channel.

What happens when I run out?

The next paid call stops with a message naming your remaining balance and what that call needed, and nothing is half-applied. Reading reports from the customer panel keeps working, because the panel is not metered.

How do I see what I have spent it on?

Ask your assistant for your billing status, which is itself a free call, or open the panel. Every charge and every refund is a ledger row naming the tool that caused it, so a surprising number can always be traced to a specific call.
