Connecting Microsoft Advertising

Connect your Microsoft account to Opus Growth.

Connection steps

1. Run the tool. Tell your assistant connect_microsoft_ads.
2. Click the link. The tool returns a one-time authorization link.
3. Grant access. Approve the requested permissions on the Microsoft screen.
4. Select an account. After authorization your accounts are listed; operations run on the account you choose.

Requested permissions

• openid
• offline_access
• https://ads.microsoft.com/msads.manage

Notes

• When you sign in with Microsoft (Entra), your access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted; the token is refreshed automatically before it expires.
• Authorization grants access to the Microsoft Advertising accounts you want to manage; your accounts are listed with list_microsoft_accounts.
• For conversion tracking and remarketing you first need to create a UET tag (create_microsoft_uet_tag) and install it on your site.
