Creates a TAG in a workspace. tag_type = GTM type string: 'html' (Custom HTML → parameters='{"html":"<script>...</script>"}'), 'gaawc' (GA4 Configuration → '{"measurementId":"G-XXXX"}'), 'gaawe' (GA4 Event → '{"measurementIdOverride":"G-XXXX","eventName":"<event>"}'), 'sp' (Google Ads Conversion), 'img' (Custom Image Pixel → '{"url":"https://..."}'). parameters is JSON: an object {key:value} (each wrapped as a template param) OR a raw GTM parameter list for complex types. firing_trigger_ids = comma-separated triggerId(s) from list_gtm_triggers. SAFETY: confirm=false → preview; confirm=true → creates it (staged in the workspace; goes live only after publish_gtm_container).
