O que faz

Creates a TRIGGER in a workspace. trigger_type = GTM type string: 'pageview' (All Pages), 'domReady', 'windowLoaded', 'click' (All Elements), 'linkClick', 'customEvent', 'formSubmission', 'scrollDepth', 'timer', 'historyChange'.

For 'customEvent' just pass event_name='cf7_success' and the event filter is built for you. If you build it by hand, customEventFilter items are CONDITIONS, not maps: parameters='[{"type":"list","key":"customEventFilter","list":[{"type":"EQUALS","parameter":[{"type":"template","key":"arg0","value":"{{_event}}"},{"type":"template","key":"arg1","value":"cf7_success"}]}]}]' Condition types (filter/customEventFilter/autoEventFilter): equals, contains, startsWith, endsWith, matchRegex, greater, greaterOrEquals, less, lessOrEquals, cssSelector, urlMatches; to negate add {"type":"boolean","key":"negate","value":"true"}. SAFETY: confirm=false → preview only; confirm=true → creates it (staged in the workspace until you publish_gtm_container).
