Ce qu'il fait
ADJUSTS conversions you already reported — the refund/cancellation half of the closed loop. RETRACT cancels a conversion that fell through (refund, cancelled order, unqualified lead); RESTATE corrects its value (partial refund, upsell). Without adjustments, Smart Bidding keeps optimizing toward revenue that never landed. conversion_action = name or ID. adjustments accepts a JSON array OR one row per line as 'key=value;key=value' (type=RETRACT;order_id=...;datetime=..., or type=RESTATE;order_id=...;datetime=...;value=1200). The original conversion is identified by order_id (recommended) OR by gclid + conversion_datetime. Fields: type (RETRACT|RESTATE), datetime (REQUIRED = when the adjustment happened), order_id, gclid, conversion_datetime (original conversion time, needed with gclid), value (RESTATE only). confirm=false → preview; confirm=true → applies.
