Ce qu'il fait
Lists the campaigns in a Meta ad account. account_id = numeric account ID (with or without the leading act_ prefix). Budgets are in minor units (cents). Every matching campaign is retained: limit controls only this response page (0 = as many as fit), and page_token=next_page_token retrieves the cached remainder without another Meta request or credit.
