Creates a Meta carousel ad (2-10 cards). cards: a list where each item is {link, headline, description} plus ONE image source: image_hash (from upload_meta_image), image_base64 (the file itself) or image_url. cta_type: LEARN_MORE | SHOP_NOW | SIGN_UP | BOOK_TRAVEL | GET_OFFER | CONTACT_US | WHATSAPP_MESSAGE | SEND_MESSAGE | INSTAGRAM_MESSAGE... — leave EMPTY to auto-pick from the ad set's messaging destination, else the campaign objective. page_id is REQUIRED. For Click-to-WhatsApp/Messenger/Instagram-DM carousels (cta_type WHATSAPP_MESSAGE / SEND_MESSAGE / INSTAGRAM_MESSAGE): welcome_message = pre-filled compose text, greeting = optional in-thread greeting, ice_breakers = up to 4 tappable quick replies (≤80 chars each; replace the auto-fill if given). confirm=false = preview.
