Microsoft Advertising change history: who changed which campaign, ad group, keyword or ad setting, with the old and new value. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD; empty uses the last `days` days (1-90). Microsoft can take about an hour to show a change, and the API has no campaign creation timestamp, so this report is how a recent self-made edit is seen. limit pages this response (0 = as many rows as safely fit); page_token continues without another report or credit.
