Ce qu'il fait
List the navigation menus of a WordPress site: the navbar, footer menus, which theme location each one fills, and the links inside them.
With no arguments it returns the classic menus and, on a block theme, the navigation blocks the header actually uses. Then pass menu_id to list a classic menu's links, or nav_id to list a navigation block's links. Either way you get the ids or paths you need before editing.
