Ce qu'il fait
Changes the copy, destination or image of an existing ChatGPT Ads ad.
Only the fields you pass change; the rest of the creative is read first and sent back unchanged, so a title edit cannot wipe the image or the destination. A new `image_url` is uploaded and the returned file replaces the current one. Editing any creative field starts a NEW OpenAI review of the ad, so it stops serving until that review passes — a name-only change does not. The ad cannot be moved to another ad group. confirm=false returns a dry run showing current values next to proposed ones.
