Ce qu'il fait

Adds an ad account to the accounts the user authorized for Opus Growth, for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads or Microsoft Advertising. Use it only when the user asks for it, typically after a tool returned account_not_authorized for that account. The account must be reachable with the user's connected login. On Free and Pro plans one account per platform is included, so the new account replaces the selected one; the Agency plan keeps several. `platform`: google_ads | meta | linkedin | tiktok | microsoft. confirm=false previews the change; confirm=true applies it.
