Ce qu'il fait

Lists the workspaces of a container (name, workspaceId, path). Tags/triggers/variables live inside a workspace; changes are staged there until published. container = 'GTM-XXXX' / container name / full path (leave empty if there is only one). Every workspace is retained: limit controls only this response page (0 = as many as fit), and page_token=next_page_token retrieves the cached remainder without another Google request or credit.
