Lists the containers of a GTM account (name, public id 'GTM-XXXX', containerId, usageContext=web/ios/android, path). account = a list_gtm_accounts value or name/id (leave empty if there is only one account). Every container is retained: limit controls only this response page (0 = as many as fit), and page_token=next_page_token retrieves the cached remainder without another Google request or credit.
