Qué hace

Reads the SETTINGS detail of conversion actions: id, category, counting type (every/one), click/view-through lookback window (days), attribution model, default value/currency, and whether it's primary for the goal.

Also reports the ACCOUNT-level conversion setup under `account`: the conversion tracking id, who manages tracking, whether the customer-data terms have been accepted and whether ENHANCED CONVERSIONS FOR LEADS is on. That last flag is the one to check when a tag sends hashed e-mail/phone in `user_data` but Google appears to ignore it — the tag can be perfect while the account switch is off, and there is no way to see this from the tag itself. The switch lives in the Google Ads interface (Goals > Settings > Customer data terms / Enhanced conversions for leads); the API exposes it read-only, so this tool tells you the state and the interface changes it.

`account.call_reporting` answers the question set_call_reporting cannot: whether call reporting and call CONVERSION reporting are currently on, and which conversion action calls are counted against. It shows the current settings, which is also the value to restore after a change. Read-only (get_conversion_tags only returns the tag).
