Qué hace
Reads all information for a business location: name, address, phone, website, description, categories, business hours, THE SERVICES THE BUSINESS OFFERS, the Maps link, the Google place ID (`place_id`) and the direct "write a review" link (`review_uri`, ready for a QR card or a message to customers). location = a value from gbp_list_locations OR a business name/domain, auto-matched to the correct location.
`services` is the business's OWN service list (Google calls it serviceItems): each entry has a name, an optional description and an optional price, plus `kind` = "structured" (one of Google's predefined service types for the category) or "free_form" (a custom service the business typed itself). `services_count` is the total; services_limit = 0 returns every service (a positive value returns that many).
NOTE ON EMPTY RESULTS: `services: []` means the business really has NOT entered any services — it is NOT a tool limitation. The service list is `services`, not `categories`: the category objects carry a Google CATALOG of what is *available* for that category, which is why the raw catalog fields are not returned here.
`google_updates` is the "Google updates" badge in Business Profile Manager: when Google (or a member of the public) proposes a change to the listing, `pending` is true and `changes` shows each affected field with the CURRENT value next to the one Google suggests, which separates a harmless tweak from a name or address change the owner must react to. Accepting or rejecting a suggestion has no API endpoint; it is done in the Business Profile Manager, though re-writing the correct value with gbp_update_location also overrides the suggestion.
