Qué hace

Marks a GA4 event as a CONVERSION (key event). Once marked, GA4 counts it as a conversion and it can be imported into Google Ads for bidding. counting: ONCE_PER_EVENT (default) | ONCE_PER_SESSION. property: see ga4_list_properties. SAFETY: confirm=false → preview; confirm=true → creates. Needs the analytics.edit scope (if you get a permission error, reconnect Google Analytics to grant edit access).
