O que faz

SEO + speed + measurement-tag AUDIT of a web page. Renders the page in a real Chrome via Google PageSpeed (Lighthouse): performance/SEO/accessibility scores (0-100), Core Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/INP), top-impact improvement opportunities, failed SEO / accessibility / best-practices audits with the elements that fail them (selector, HTML snippet, explanation), the LCP element with its timing breakdown, render-blocking and unused CSS files, and the measurement/ad tags loaded on the page (GA4/GTM/Google Ads conversion/Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn). strategy: mobile|desktop.

`runs=2` measures the page a second time about a minute later and reports both values, their median and their spread under `stability`. Lab measurements run on a shared virtual machine and move between runs: the same page has returned 12.5 s, 4.7 s and 12.7 s LCP minutes apart, so a single number can send you in the wrong direction. Real-user (field) data does not move, but pages with little traffic have none, and the reply tells you when that is the case. runs=2 before and after a speed change separates a real result from noise. It takes about a minute and a half and the second measurement costs one more call; if PageSpeed returns its cached answer instead of a fresh run, that call is refunded and the reply says so.
