Lists Google Ads CONVERSION ACTIONS with the columns of the Goals > Conversions > Summary table: name, id, category (Request quotes / Submit lead forms / Sign-ups / Contacts / Page views…), status, type, whether it is INCLUDED in the Conversions metric (`included_in_conversions` — the REAL Primary/Secondary flag in goal-based accounts, NOT the legacy primary_for_goal), counting (ONE_PER_CLICK / MANY_PER_CLICK), click-through and view-through lookback windows in days, default value, and recorded conversions + value over the last `days`. It shows which action sits in which category and which one is biddable; list_conversion_goals says which CATEGORIES are biddable. Every matching action is retained: `limit` controls only this response page and `page_token=next_page_token` reads the cached continuation without another Google Ads query or credit. NOTE: the UI 'Tracking status' diagnostic (Active / Needs attention / No recent conversions) is computed by Google and is not exposed as a single Google Ads API field, so it is not returned here. Read-only.
