Builds a Meta retargeting audience from ENGAGEMENT instead of website traffic: people who watched a video, interacted with a Facebook Page or Instagram profile, or opened a lead form. NO PIXEL AND NO WEBSITE TRAFFIC NEEDED, which makes it the only realistic retargeting option for accounts with a small or brand-new site (and the best lookalike seed you can get early on).
