Adds a demographic bid adjustment. criterion_type: Age | Gender. value: an age range enum (EighteenToTwentyFour, TwentyFiveToThirtyFour…) or gender (Male | Female). bid_multiplier: bid adjustment (%). confirm=false = preview, confirm=true applies.
